*** AT COVID-19 LEVEL 3 & 4  DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE SORRY, BUT CLICK AND COLLECT MAY BE AN OPTION DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND CIRCUMSTANCES.

Outlet pick up and/or installation
Obviously it is free to collect a battery from one of our OUTLETS during normal office hours. Please contact us if you require an alternative pick up time.

In most cases vehicle battery installation at a Batteryshop outlet is free-of-charge also. In some unusual cases a charge may be incurred – we will let you know via phone when we receive your order if this may be the case. If the additional charge is an issue the order can be cancelled with a full refund.

Delivery within New Zealand
When you Checkout your order will be processed by a Batteryshop staff member who will contact you to arrange the best delivery options for your needs and budget. If you would prefer a delivery quote before progressing with the Checkout please phone 0800 200 150 and we will arrange a quote ASAP.

Sorry, no PO Box deliveries
Many of our products are heavy, or bulky, or classified as dangerous goods and this means we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please only provide a physical home or business address for your goods to be sent to.

Dangerous goods deliveries 
Wet Flooded Car, Truck, Deep Cycle, Motorbike and Jet ski batteries are considered Dangerous Goods.
We only use accredited dangerous goods carriers to deliver them safely. Due to this it may take one or two days longer to deliver your items, than non-dangerous goods carriers. Please contact us if you require alternative delivery options.

Rural Deliveries for Dangerous Goods may incur a surcharge.
